Our monthly service packages are structured at three levels. If you are starting your hospitality business or are ready for a major makeover, we recommend the “Exclusive package” for the first year to get your web site, marketing, pricing structures, property pictures and operations in order. Afterwards, switching to our “Signature” or “Essential Packages” and concentrating on consistent marketing/branding/social media of your business may make sense. Individual customized packages can be created depending on your needs.
Focusing on the basics of increasing your organic traffic for new guests and engaging your repeat guests to return through social media, e-mail blasts and blogging using stock photos or pictures provided by innkeeper
Initial set-up fee- $250 which will include 2- 2 hour Zoom sessions. The first meeting will discuss both long and short-term goals while reviewing current social media and web site design. A review of your SEO and web reputation will be prepared prior to the first meeting. The second meeting will include a marketing strategy with a quarterly marketing calendar in place with suggested packages or promotions.
Monthly Review Calls will touch base to review the success of the marketing campaigns
Monthly Marketing Campaign will include 1-e-mail blast, 3 blog posts, 4 social media posts on Instagram and Facebook and 2 Pinterest Boards using stock photos or pictures passed on by innkeeper
With this package we will visit your inn once a month to expand your marketing presence with creative social media campaigns using high impact photography, packages and expanded blogging of your area. It also includes continual monitoring and updates to your web site and room rate evaluations.
Initial set-up fee – $500 which will include 2- 4-hour sessions at your inn. The first meeting will discuss long and short-term goals while reviewing current analytics, social media, and web site design. The second meeting will include a marketing strategy with a quarterly marketing calendar in place, web site guidance, pricing strategy with bookings and rate history reviews. Photos of the inn and local attractions will be acquired at both initial meetings
Monthly visits will include new photography, revenue monitoring, monthly ROI reporting, direct booking strategies, review of social media campaigns and Paid Strategy ROAS (return on ad spending).
With this package we will visit your inn twice monthly taking pictures, discussing current social media campaigns, strategize for photo shoots and using live models or videography if desired. Each month’s go-to action can also include menu planning, decorating changes or inn projects. Several Zoom meetings can be scheduled in-between to achieve each month’s goal.
